I arrived late afternoon and the boat journey from Nyaungshwe to the house was about 45 minutes. The boats get a good lick on, create their own wind chill and temperatures drop quite low around dusk in this part of the country. So sweat top and cagoule on for the first time this trip and my maiden experience of the lake was awesome!!
